Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, you have two options:
- Log into your account at https://account.shalomliving.co, go to your order, and click Request Return — or
- Email us at hello@shalomliving.co
Please do not send items back before your return has been approved. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Store Credit We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind returns. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll issue store credit to your account, which you can use on any future Shalom Living order.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@shalomliving.co with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a full refund for any items confirmed to be faulty or damaged upon arrival. Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by us.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
